On the field or in the gym, I have always been known for my explosive, inventive and athletic movements.


I was a multi-sport graduate of The Citadel, class of '17 with a B.S. in Biology. I serve as an E-4 Rank Specialist in the Army National Guard with emphasis in "Indirect Fire." My athletic experience ranges from lettering almost every sport in high school to collegiate rugby and football.


 With every sport comes different workouts and with every individual comes different abilities and body mechanics. I believe it is key to design a fitness routine around your craft AND your bodies design to guarantee the best possible outcome on and off the field. The body says what words cannot.

As somebody who grew up playing competitive sports and worked out most of my life, I can truly say that I have never come across a workout and trainer like Mikeal. He has unique and challenging movements that push me in ways I would never push myself. Often, I’ll be quick to say, “I can’t do that".  Naturally he encourages me to simply try it, and in all cases, he is right, I could do it.
